New Garage Door Installation
Customer Issue: A renovated garage needed a whole new overhead door and automatic opener system built for it.
Our Solution: As the customer didn’t want something that would require a high powered opener, the team fixed him up with a Clopay Canyon Ridge composite faux-wooden door, and hitched it to an affordable Chamberlain 3130M 1/3HP screw drive opener and wall console. His old remote control handset was compatible, with reprogramming.
Customer Issue: The right-side tracks cracked, and a few of the rollers popped out, leaving the door hanging.
Our Solution: After removing the door and having the customer take her car out of the garage, our team took out the old tracks and installed a new set in their place. We then repositioned the door onto its tracks and inserted the rollers back into their correct place and lubricated them to ensure their smooth and silent movement.
Customer Issue: Broken opener.
Our Solution: We disconnected the Linear LDO33 opener from the rest of the system for safety reasons before closely inspecting it to determine what the source of the problem was. Our technician found that the circuit board needed to be repaired and did so.
Customer Issue: Broken spring.
Our Solution: One of our professionals removed what was left of the broken extension spring and ensured no damage had been caused by it snapping. Then, he installed a new spring and examined the remaining ones to confirm they were satisfactory and safe.
Customer Issue: Needed opener installed.
Our Solution: This customer had already purchased his new Craftsman 54985 opener and simply wanted it to be professionally put together and installed. We got the opener assembled for him and put into place, as well as tested to confirm it was functioning properly.
